 The Au Train Recreation Area offers four seasons of outdoor excitement. You'll never experience a dull minute of outdoor fun and enjoyment around each and every corner you turn.  If you're a bird watcher for example, the Au Train Recreation Area offers an elaborate, self interpreted Songbird trail.

AuTrain Fishing

If you're into fishing, AuTrain Lake offers up some nice bluegill fishing and walleye fishing.  There are also a few brook trout streams in the area that'll grab you, hook line and sinker.  If you're not too sure just where to start your fishing journey, simply ask the pro.  If you're looking for Lake Superior Charter fishing, AuTrain has that as well.  Everything you need to experience a great Michigan Upper Peninsula fishing journey is at your disposal.
